The Heathfield & District Horticultural Society meets on the third Monday of each month at Saint Richard's Church Hall, Park Road, Heathfield. Meetings start at 7.30pm.
We have a varied programme throughout the year with speakers giving illustrated talks on both horticultural and other wider ranging subjects.
We have an annual visit to a Royal Horticultural Society garden with free membership to members via our affiliation to that Society.
We hold well supported Spring and Summer Flower Shows that include classes for handicrafts, photography and children's entries.
Our current membership is in excess of 80. Annual membership fee is £6.00 with a meeting fee of £1.50 for members and £2.00 for non members.

The next meeting will be on Monday 19th April when botanical artist Mrs Valerie Baines will talk to us about ''Butterflies and Gardening''.
The monthly competition will be a vase of polyanthus or a specimen bloom.
