Responsible for 7 recreation grounds in the Parish as well as roadside seats. Jubilee Park and management of the public part of Heathfield Community Centre, to provide and manage burial grounds at Theobalds Green and St Bartholomews also responsible for allotments at Theobalds Green and Punnetts Town.
