Helen Johnson
The Clerk
As Proper Officer, Helen advises on statutory and other guidance to ensure the effective running of the Council.
She is also responsible for the office and its staff, writing policies and procedures and overall management of all Council resources.
Helen does not work on Mondays
Fiona Hensher
Part Time -The Assistant Clerk
Manages the budgeting, end of year financial reporting and financial controls for the Parish Council. She also assists the Clerk with projects and deputises in her absence as well as managing risk assessments and Health and Safety, she also clerks the planning and Highway, finance and general purposes and leisure, amenities and burials committee meeting. Fiona does not work on Fridays.
Nicky Lee
Part-Time - Administrative Officer
Manages the day-to-day Parish Council finances, the Heathfield Community Centre and the allotments.
Hannah Stevens
Part-Time - Clerical Assistant
Manages the reception desk and playgrounds. She also clerks the Highways liaison meetings and looks after trees.
Sarah Bartholomew
Part-Time - Clerical Officer
Manages events, environment and burials. Sarah also clerks the community and business development committee.
Sarah does not work on Wednesdays
James Dougan
Part-Time - Caretaker at Heathfield Community Centre
Caretaking of the centre including opening up and closing for hirers.
