Please phone, email or just pop in and see us regarding any information you might need.  We are a team of five:

The Clerk, Diana Francis - As Proper Officer, Diana advises on statutory and other guidance to ensure the effective running of the Council.  She is also responsible for the office and its staff, writing policies and procedures and overall management of all Council resources.

The Assistant Clerk, Helen Johnson - Manages the budgeting, end of year financial reporting and financial controls for the Parish Council.  She also assists the Clerk with projects and deputises in her absence as well as managing risk assessments and Health and Safety.

Administrative Officer, Nicky Lee-Marshall - Manages the day-to-day Parish Council finances, the Heathfield Community Centre and the allotments.

Administrative Officer, Hilary Pyle - Manages the Parish Council burial grounds as well as collating and distributing Parish Council committee papers.

Part-Time Clerical Assistant, Jackie Cottrell - is available on a Monday, Tuesday and Friday.  She manages the reception desk and ad hoc Parish Council projects.
