The Clerk, Helen Johnson - As Proper Officer, Helen advises on statutory and other guidance to ensure the effective running of the Council.  She is also responsible for the office and its staff, writing policies and procedures and overall management of all Council resources.

Part Time -The Assistant Clerk, Fiona Hensher - Manages the budgeting, end of year financial reporting and financial controls for the Parish Council.  She also assists the Clerk with projects and deputises in her absence as well as managing risk assessments and Health and Safety.   Fiona does not work on Fridays.

Part-Time - Administrative Officer, Nicky Lee-Marshall - Manages the day-to-day Parish Council finances, the Heathfield Community Centre and the allotments.

Part-Time - Administrative Officer, Hilary Pyle - Manages the Parish Council burial grounds as well as collating and distributing Parish Council committee papers.  Hilary does not work on Thursdays and Fridays.

Part-Time - Clerical Assistant, Hannah Stevens is available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.  She manages the reception desk.
